What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
A missed spot, a scratched screen, a question about a crack that was already there — here’s exactly what happens if something goes wrong on a job, in plain English.
If You’re Not Happy With the Clean
Streak-free or we come back — that’s our guarantee in plain English. If something’s not right after we leave, whether it’s a missed pane or a streak you noticed once the sun hit it differently, tell us and we’ll make it right. No forms, no runaround.
If Something Gets Damaged During the Job
We take responsibility for both the work performed and access to your property — that’s worth confirming with any window cleaner before booking, not just us. If damage happens during a visit, tell us right away. Being upfront and accountable means there’s an actual process to make it right, not just an apology.
If a Crack or Issue Was Already There
Older glass, existing seal failures, and pre-existing cracks are common in Florida homes, especially near the coast where salt air accelerates wear on frames and hardware over time. We’ll point out anything we notice before we start work, so there’s no confusion afterward about what was already there versus what happened during the visit.
Why We’re Upfront About This
Most homeowners never need any of this — the overwhelming majority of jobs are simple, and the glass looks great when we’re done. But being upfront about our process before you book, rather than burying it in fine print, is part of the same honesty we try to bring to our published pricing on the pricing page.
